We were completely reliant on Checkatrade to discover us a competent tradesperson for our home improvement. We signed up and advertised our project details, but unfortunately, we were left high and dry. Absolutely no one responded to us. The few quotes we obtained were simply too expensive. Adding insult to injury, their helpline was abysmal.
